The following are the different layers used by the cloud architecture: • CLC or Cloud Controller • Walrus • Cluster Controller • SC or Storage Controller • NC or Node Controller

It is responsible for providing complete virtualization of the infrastructure layer so that it looks like a server and is invisible to the outside world. The following platforms are used for large scale cloud computing: • Apache Hadoop • MapReduce

Cloud computing provides on-demand access to virtualized IT resources. Subscribers can use it. It uses a shared pool to provide configurable resources. The shared pool contains networks, servers, storage, applications, and services.

These are the different deployment model in cloud computing: • Private cloud • Public cloud • Hybrid cloud • Community cloud

Cloud is a combination of networks, hardware, services, storage, and interfaces that help deliver computing as a service. It has three users: 1. End users 2. Business management users 3. cloud service provider

Private clouds are used to ensure security for strategic operations and other reasons. It is a complete platform with complete functions, which can be owned, operated, and restricted by an organization or industry only. Today, most organizations have migrated to private clouds for security reasons.

The public cloud is open to people for use and deployment. For example Google and Amazon etc. The public cloud focuses on several layers such as cloud applications, providing and providing infrastructure for the platform market.

Following are the most used large cloud providers and databases: • Google big table • Amazon simple DB • Cloud-based SQL

Hybrid cloud is a combination of public cloud and private cloud. Because it uses the most reliable method to implement cloud architecture, it is the first choice in both clouds. It includes the functions and features of the two worlds. It allows organizations to create their clouds and allows them to give control to others.

Cloud computing authorizes application services, so it is used for identity management. It provides permissions to users so that they can control the access of another user entering the cloud environment.

System integrators provide strategies for designing complex processes for cloud platforms. Since the integrator has all the knowledge about data center creation, it can create more accurate hybrid and private cloud networks.

MongoDB, Couch DB, Lucid DB are the example of open source cloud computing platform database.

The cost of the traditional data center is higher than that of the cloud because, in the traditional database, there are overheating problems and some software and hardware problems.

API (application programming interface) is used in cloud platform because: • It provides an alternative method without writing a complete program. • It enables communication between one or more applications. • It creates applications and links cloud services with other systems.

The following are the main advantages of cloud services: • Cost savings: It helps to leverage investment in the corporate sector. Therefore, the cost is saved. • Scalable and robust: It helps to develop scalable and robust applications. It used to take months to expand, but now it takes less time to expand. • Save time: It helps to save deployment and maintenance time.

CaaS is a term used as "communication as a service" in the telecommunications industry. CaaS provides enterprise user functions such as desktop call control, unified messaging, and desktop fax.

VPN stands for Virtual Private Network. VPN is a private cloud used to manage data security during communication in a cloud environment. With VPN, you can use the public network as a private network.

There are three basic clouds in cloud computing: 1. Professional cloud 2. Personal cloud 3. Performance cloud

There are three core services provided by Window azure operating system: • Compute • Storage • Management

The main usage of virtualization platform in implementing cloud is: • It is used to manage service level policies. • Cloud Operating System. • Virtualization platforms help to keep the backend level and user level concepts different from each other.

Scalability is a feature of cloud computing used to handle increasing workloads by proportionally increasing resource capacity. By using scalability, the architecture can provide on-demand resources if the business volume requires it. Resilience is a feature that provides the concept of dynamic debugging and deactivation of a large amount of resource capacity. It is measured by the speed of resource demand and resource usage.
