Important Facts
1.The direction is always,
- Right turn is Clockwise
- Left turn is Anti-clockwise
2.The problem on the distance covered or the minimal distance between two points in direction reasoning is solved by using the concept of Pythagoras theorem.
3.At the time of sunrise,
if a person is facing East, his / her shadow will be towards West direction.
if a person is facing South, his / her shadow will be towards his / her right (i.e., towards West).
If a person is facing towards North, his / her shadow will be towards West (i.e., his / her left).
4.At the time of Sunset,
If a person is facing towards North, his / her shadow will be towards his / her right.
5.At 12:00 noon, the sun rays are vertically downward, so no shadow will be formed at that time.
A man starts from point P and walks 12 kms north to point Q, then turns right and walks 4kms to point R and then turns right and walks 12kms to point S, then again turns left and walks 8 kms to point T.
